Direct Marketing Executive

Salary range: between £26-£32k plus competitive bonus (depending on experience)
Place of work: Hybrid (partly London office, partly remote)
Core responsibilities:
- Liaise with leadership to develop an annual marketing plan
- Build a reliable opportunity pipeline that enables sales to consistently close deals
- Hold and develop exceptional skills in the key areas of direct email outreach, webinars/events and social media outreach
- Hold and develop exceptional management of different SAAS and technology systems that will support marketing
- Create clear quarterly marketing objectives and initiatives that cover the full scope of campaign planning month on month
- Support the Sales Development function through on-going review and refinement of email copywriting and messaging framework
- Maintain effective Salesforce management and data optimization
- Support interns who will manage the overflow of work within the marketing function
- Liaise with and manage suppliers and agencies
Requirements:
- Good with technology
- Have a hunger for hitting targets and gathering as many MQLs (marketing qualified leads)
- Hunger for personal and company growth
- Ability to quickly grasp complex issues
- Ability to quickly accept constructive feedback and make immediate improvements
- Experience of start-up environment
- Excellent communication skills, on phone and email
- Data-driven and efficient
Purlos’ office is based in Holborn and employees are mandated to work from the office Monday through to Wednesday but then have the flexibility to work from the office or from home on remaining days.
